Ultraseal COLD-PRO automated adhesive microplate sealer

The Ultraseal COLD-PRO is an advanced automated adhesive pressure-applied microplate and tube rack sealer, designed to provide secure and reliable sealing for a wide range of laboratory applications. Utilising a roll of surface-modified aluminium or plastic film, approximately 80mm wide and 200m long, this system ensures an efficient, reproducible sealing process. The film is positioned at the rear of the sealing section and fed through the unit, where it is cut to a precise length between 124mm and 130mm before being applied to the plate top surface. This creates a strong, consistent seal between the plate and the film, preventing contamination and ensuring sample integrity.

Engineered for versatility, the Ultraseal COLD-PRO supports polystyrene, polypropylene, and cyclic olefin copolymer (CoC) and cyclic olefin polymer (CoP) plate formats. Whether used for microplates, tube racks, or custom laboratory applications, this system delivers a complete adhesive and pressure-based sealing solution.
