Utilising pre-cut sheets of surface-modified aluminium or plastic film, approximately 78mm wide and 130mm in length, the unit ensures secure and consistent sealing between the plate and film. Capable of sealing SBS-format microplates, this versatile unit accommodates plate heights from 9mm to 48mm without requiring manual adjustments. The integrated temperature control allows for precise sealing, with a range from ambient to 200˚C, ensuring compatibility with a variety of applications. A user-friendly interface displays both temperature and seal time, allowing for fine-tuned process control.

Unlike pneumatically driven systems, the Ultraseal LITE operates without the need for compressed air, reducing maintenance costs and simplifying setup.
